Product Introduction
The LSS type fuel/gas steam boiler is a new product carefully researched and developed by Henan Sitong Boiler Co., Ltd. for the past decade. It adopts a water pipe through flow and vertical three return flow in the furnace chamber, and uses imported burners.
The LSS type fuel/gas steam boiler has a flame that extends from the top (middle) downwards (up) and fully unfolds. The flame process is long and the combustion is complete. Each part of the flue gas undergoes heat transfer through three return paths, greatly reducing the exhaust gas temperature, reducing heat loss during boiler start-up preheating and shutdown, and improving thermal efficiency. It has a protective device for the controller and an automatic restoration anti electric shock function for the contactor. Through dual anti backflow and exhaust heat protection devices, the safety function is strengthened.
LSS type oil/gas steam boiler is mainly used in medicine, chemical industry, light industry, textile, building materials, breeding, food and beverage, plastic foam, printing, dyeing and washing, rubber processing, paper making, wood processing, hotels, clothing and leather making, etc.

(2) Adequate heat supply: The boiler has a sufficient heating area to fully absorb effective heat, low exhaust temperature, low heat loss, ensuring sufficient output, and a large radiation heating area.
(3) Fast steam production and high steam quality: Due to the characteristics of the LSS series boilers, it only takes 20 minutes to run from cold to full load, which is suitable for frequent start-up conditions and can provide steam to users quickly and timely. Steam separation is achieved by using an internal steam water separator in the drum, ensuring the dryness of the steam.
(4) Reliable pressure and water level protection, high safety performance: The boiler has a smaller volume space, so the degree of damage it may cause is much smaller than other boilers. Moreover, it is equipped with various control protections such as pressure and water level, as well as over smoke temperature protection, which enhances its safety performance.
(5) Quick installation and easy installation: The LSS series boiler is a small quick installation boiler with minimal vibration during operation and no special requirements for the foundation.
